1. Service Description

Egypt Limo provides premium airport transfer and chauffeur services throughout Egypt. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include airport pickups, point-to-point transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, and guided tours.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices displayed at the time of booking are final and include all taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before the scheduled pickup time. We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.

A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please verify all details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation: More than 24 hours before pickup
  • 50% refund: Between 12-24 hours before pickup
  • No refund: Less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact our customer support team or use the cancellation link in your confirmation email.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information
  • Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Comply with Egyptian traffic laws and regulations
  • Not engage in illegal activities during the transfer
  • Notify us of any changes to your travel plans as soon as possible

5. Waiting Time

Airport pickups: We monitor flight arrivals and wait up to 60 minutes after the flight lands at no extra charge. Additional waiting time may be charged.

Other pickups: A complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes is included. Extended waiting may incur additional charges.

6. Liability Limitations

Egypt Limo is not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, political events, or force majeure.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Luggage and Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Egypt Limo is not liable for any items left in vehicles after the transfer. If you believe you have left something, please contact us immediately and we will make reasonable efforts to recover your belongings.

8. Vehicle and Driver

We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher category if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable. All our drivers are licensed, insured, and undergo background checks.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
